I personally feel really bad.. Having a Yacht is a problem? or police booked him is the problem??

I think media just made issue with the word “Police Booked Park Yu Chun” but the fact is.. they want people to know “How slave contract (Former TVXQ Members) JYJ can have a yacht such as a luxury item!!!”

Why police even officially need to confirm this case?

Truth is he has a yacht and the company who take care of his yacht forget to take a safety test in time. So do you really think all yacht owners go take that test by themselves? or if that kind of service company forget to take a test then we can blame the owner? Park Yu Chun pay for them to take care of this kind of thing. Even police said “The company breach of contract” So sounds like He was questioned as a testifier.

Usually leisure boat do registration but most of them don’t need to take a test.. (very few do the test : Not sure it means they do bcoz want? or they got requested in that case)
